Terms of Service
Last updated: July 2026
1. Agreement
By engaging CodixoNet for development services, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms govern the relationship between CodixoNet (the Service Provider) and the client (you) for all software development projects.
2. Project Scope
All projects begin with a written scope document agreed upon by both parties. The scope document defines:
- Deliverables and features to be built
- Timeline and delivery milestones
- Total project cost and payment schedule
- Technologies to be used
Changes to scope after project commencement may incur additional charges, which will be quoted separately before implementation.
3. Payment Terms
Standard payment structure is milestone-based:
- 40% upfront — Project kickoff and design phase
- 30% mid-project — Upon completion of core feature set
- 30% on delivery — Upon final delivery and handover
Work will not commence without the initial payment. Final delivery will not occur until outstanding balance is cleared.
4. Intellectual Property Ownership
Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives:
- Complete source code ownership
- All database schemas and migration files
- All design assets created for the project
- Full deployment documentation and credentials
CodixoNet retains no ongoing rights over delivered code. There are no royalties, licensing fees, or usage restrictions applied to delivered work.
5. Post-Launch Support
Post-launch support periods are defined per package (30, 60, or 90 days). Support covers:
- Bug fixes for features built within scope
- Minor UI adjustments and configuration changes
- Deployment assistance and server configuration
Feature additions outside the original scope are billed separately. Extended maintenance contracts are available on request.
6. Limitation of Liability
CodixoNet's liability is limited to the total project fee paid by the client. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use delivered software.
7. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through direct communication within 30 days. If unresolved, disputes will be settled through arbitration under Indian law, with jurisdiction in the state where CodixoNet is registered.
